I recently had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao and would like to commend a staff member named Dennis. His attentive and friendly service made my experience truly enjoyable.
During my check-in, Dennis was incredibly thoughtful. He patiently answered all my questions and provided friendly suggestions about the hotel’s facilities and nearby attractions. His warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel right at home during my stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — every staff member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, with every area spotless and well-maintained, making the entire experience feel luxurious and comfortable.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Cotai Strip with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful Parisian-themed décor, made the stay truly memorable.
Overall, I give The Parisian Macao five stars across the board — service, cleanliness, location, and overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a world-class stay in Macau.

Stayed at this 5-star gem Paiza Loft and was blown away! Luxurious rooms with all needed especially with a nespresso coffee machine is a plus, impeccable service—staff (anticipated every need). Divine dinner @ La Chine with a la carte gourmet options.

非常滿意 房間寬敞乾凈高級，酒店前臺 餐廳等工作人員服務周到友善，自助餐食品豐富。這次出行是孩子過生日，酒店有準備驚喜，謝謝一直耐心聯絡的小姐姐和她另一位同事。一次美好的出行，謝謝??

酒店有免費接一次的服務！特別棒，全程自己無需動手，前臺小姐姐送我們到房間。mini bar 也可以免費喝，入住送的巧克力很精致
有一個小的水上樂園，很適合我這種旱鴨子，恒溫游泳池冬天也不冷
巴黎人威尼斯人倫敦人都是通的，離機場也很近，門口各種公交車直通大三巴

服務極好，客服非常甜心，因家庭多人一起租房入住，但酒店特意安排兩間相連套房，可打通一起，非常開心，另外，因預早有用訊息提及有家人生日，酒店特別送上生日蛋糕。服務員亦加了WhatsApp方便溝通，服務真的太好了，而房間十分乾凈，還有按腳器，正????下次會再訂住的????????忘記咗講，酒店的歡迎小點及晚間點心都非常精致，飲品提供數量及款式都幾多????????

巴黎人的高檔品牌，有專屬大堂和電梯，提前聯系有專車接到門口，入住送甜品，晚上又送了一份，浴袍、床上用品非常舒服，朋友需要一個記憶枕，很快就送到了，冰箱里的飲料和零食都免費，早餐可以憑房卡免排隊并坐在靠窗位置，退房的時候工作人員帶路前往班車站。

房間很好，很大，保養的也不錯，服務人員非常好，總是能熱情待客，酒店早餐也非常滿意，早餐竟然能到下午1點，去附近很多地方都很方便，窗戶外景色也不錯。住了三晚，每天都提供不同的甜品或者水果，mini吧也是免費的，值得推薦。
